SETUNE is a family run company, started by Kjell Pettersson, 54 years ago in Uppsala, Sweden. The family business started it’s life as a Sheet Metal company back in 1963 and Kjell’s son Michael would go there every day after school to learn the trade. Michael worked alongside his father for years and the company expanded, eventually employing over 50 people.

Michael was also interested in the real estate market and decided to add a property development arm to the company which purchased and developed property and then leased it out.

In 2007 the Sheet Metal Company was sold and Kjell Pettersson retired. By that time the real estate company was doing so well that Michael had his hands full with yet another prosperous business.

In the early days the leasing business was the main focus of the company but since those beginnings it has added various areas to the business and now also buys land, develops it and sells residential property. SETUNE now has three main business areas: Investment Property, Housing Production and Commercial Projects.

SETUNE is involved in three-dimensional property development and is currently building a management portfolio in commercially attractive areas around the inner city of Stockholm, among other urban projects.
